There are so many ways to style our products in your store – from dining spaces to bedrooms for young and old, For Me By Dee adds joy to every interior.
Through years of experience in setting up market stalls for large design markets I have taken away some tips on displaying and selling our products. I have shared some examples below.
We know our art prints sell well when customers can visualise them in their home. We understand that wall space is limited in stores, so you might consider framing one print and popping it on a shelf or bench and displaying the unframed prints in a display box nearby.
If framing is not an option consider showing customers some of the styled pictures on our site or online catalogue.
It is common for our A4 size prints to be bought for a gallery wall for a nursery, hallway or lounge room. Consider this when selecting animals for your store. Customers often like grouping animal prints together in themes. E.g An Australian range of prints. Our larger A3 and A2 prints have been sold individually for feature walls.
Our retailers often hang one of our tea towels out for customers to see on display and feel the quality of the 100% linen.
Our teatowels double as artworks and look great displayed in a storefront window. We used Corner Block Studio timber hangers to display our tea towels in the past. There are a number of local companies that create these hangers to suit your store aesthetic.
Have a selection of packaged tea towels near the display so customers can browse through the characters.
Customers love to see our pillowcases on display and feel the quality of the 100% cotton. Try a hanger with clips hung on a rack or on a hook as pictured below.
Displaying our pillowcases on a makeshift bed lets the customer imagine it in their home! We made our one for the NY Trade Show from recycled cardboard boxes and covered it with a colourful bedspread! It doesn't need to be big, just enough to create a likeness.
When the pillowcases are displayed the characters look as though they are tucked into bed. A great prompt for children -and adults- to make their bed!
Upsell by displaying two characters from the same range e.g. Winston the Wombat and Kev the Koala from the australian range or mix and match.
Have a selection of packaged pillowcases near the display so customers can browse through the characters.
Use our gift tags with in store wrapping. An opportunity for customers to write a special note with their gift.
Hang on a POS display at the counter.
Displaying our greeting cards together creates a beautiful gallery of animal portraits and can have quite an impact.
Customers have purchased a variety of our greeting cards and framed in box frames and hung as art.
Display on shelving or in a greeting card spinner.
